Now suppose the results of 6th Semester are out at midnight and next day(or on the day after next day) you have interview of XYZ company so in that case many student’s eligibility status will change based on that results published on that night. In that situation PRs and CRs are advised to work together and create a google form immediately after the results are out and send the updated marks via email to TP Cell as soon as possible.
The Google form will only contain the following Fields:

    • 1. Primary Email-ID (Where you have got the initial password for registration in the website)
    • 2. College ID
    • 3. University Roll Number
    • 4. Sixth Semester SGPA
    • 5. Fourth Semester's Supplementary SGPA (if any)- If Students haven't given any supplementary exam then keep this field blank.
    • 6. Fifth Semester's Review SGPA (if any)- Student must mention updated review marks if he/she applied for review. If marks are unchanged or they haven't applied for review then keep it blank.

Attempt to hide marks and providing fake marks will result in serious consequences.
All students must co-operate with your CRs and PRs in case of these type of emergency.
